In this approach the form of work situation is created and the candidate has to work in that situation and by observing it the guess is made about how this person will be able to work in the original work situation.
E.g. If he wants to take a carphone for office work, he should ask him to type the paper near the office situation like table, chair, paper, file, stamp, pen-pencil, computer etc. Ask him to type the paper, sign it, post it, post it and file it. How much error does the person make in typing, how long does it take, what is his language, does he apply rubber stamps properly, what color does he take, how does he punch for filing?
