There was a man called, Ajay who was in need of a job. He was an engineer in civil. He was very enthusiastic and energetic and wanted to do hard labour to prove his worth but he was jobless. He tried his best to get a job, gave so many interviews and stood before so many personal managers to evaluate him but all in vain.
Once he got a job interview letter in Multi-National Company and he was very hopeful as well as very nervous. On the day of interview he went to polish his shoes to the cobbler. Looking to his tensed face, the cobbler asked him why he was upset. Ajay was frustrated so he spoke everything about his problem. The cobbler was calm and quiet and listened to him very passionately. Then he consoled him and gave him some tips to follow in his interview. Then Ajay was happy to get the consolation in his sad condition. He went to attend the interview with full confidence and was successful in getting job too. He was very happy because he got the job because of the cobbler. He went directly to the cobbler and thanked him. He was shocked to know that the cobbler was none other than the managing director of the Multi-national company. He could not believe it but it was the fact. He realized then that to get the job the confidence is highly essential.
Moral: Develop the self confidence and win the adversity.
