    Yudhisthira is the son of king Pandu of kurukul and Kunti. He has four younger brothers like Arjuna, Bhima, Nakul and Sahdev. Yudhisthira always practised morality, religion and virtue. He was born under the influence of hymn of Yama or religion. That is why, he is called Dharmaraj. He had a dialoge with Yaksha in the forest. During this dialogue, he answered the questions of Yaksha intelligently which pleased Yaksha and he brought his brothers back to life.
   Yudhisthira is a brave person who remains mentally stable in war. He is called the son of Dharmaraj as he was born from Kunti by the boon given by Dharmaraj. Durvasa Rishi got pleased by his care taken by Kunti so he gave her five mantras of Surya, Yama, Vayu, Indra and Ashwinkumar. Kunti chanted the mantra of Surya and due to which she gave birth to a son who is known as Karna. After becoming the queen of the king Pandu, she gave birth to Yudhisthira by chanting Yama mantra.
