The capacitor is in parallel to $100 \Omega$ resistance of volt will be as,

$V = IR$

Substitute the values,

$V =\left(\frac{12}{300}\right) 200$

$=8 V$

The expression of charge is given by,

$q = cV$

$=1 \times 8$

$=8 nC$
